Installation Guide
Follow these six steps to install your Koi Jump Guard system.

Plan post positions
Mark out your pond perimeter. A spacing of 1500mm to 2050mm between posts (centre to centre) is a good rule of thumb. The Pond Guard Designer can calculate exact positions for you.

Drill & fix base
Drill into the coping stone or surround and fix the post bases securely.

Fit posts
Slide the stainless steel posts into the bases and tighten.

Set clamps
Attach the glass clamps to each post at the correct height.

Measure glass
Measure inside of post to inside of post for each panel gap.
06
Install glass & tighten
Slide the toughened glass panels into the clamps and tighten securely.
⚠ Important: Measuring glass panels
- • Measure inside of post to inside of post
- • Do not measure clamp-to-clamp
- • Standard D clamps: deduct 42mm from each panel width
- • Sleeve Fit clamps: deduct 72mm from each panel width
