Made-to-Order Products

Configured systems and cut glass panels are made to your specifications and cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged in transit.

Standard Products

Standard items (individual posts, caps, clamps) may be returned within 14 days in unused condition. Contact us to arrange a return.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement.
